At Sunshine Coast Glow Co., each candle is hand-poured in small batches using coconut soy wax, wood wicks, and pure essential oils or naturally derived fragrances. We’re inspired by the beauty of the West Coast, and we craft every product with intention and care. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are considered final — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your candle arrives damaged or has a defect (for example, a cracked container, tunneling wick, or noticeable performance issue), we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund.

• Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo

We’ll make it right with a prompt, friendly resolution.

Natural Variation Disclaimer
Because we use pure essential oils and naturally derived ingredients, some slight variation in scent strength, texture, or color may occur between batches. This is completely normal and part of what makes our candles unique.

That said, every scent is carefully developed, tested, and poured using a consistent recipe to ensure quality, safety, and a great experience in your space. These natural shifts don’t affect performance and are not considered defects.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of home fragrance products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for scent preferences or used candles.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect.
